AddressSeeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our client's team in their Woden ACT store.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at the Woden store.
- Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
What We Are Seeking:
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets (not essential)
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
- Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
- Basic computer literacy
