As a Job Coach in the Disability Employment sector, you will be a champion for others and enjoy a multi-faceted role. You will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with a disability.
This fast-paced role requires strong administrative skills, well-developed communication skills and flexibility to work in the office, as well as attend sites to support your customers. You will also be working with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, while providing ongoing employment support to our customers. Therefore, you will be confident approaching businesses, building relationships and have a knack for creative solutions.
You might be a hospitality superstar, a call centre professional or from another industry all together, but you know people and love a fast-paced role. Training and support will be provided, bring your positivity and tenacity to kick goals, to a role that really matters.
What are we looking for?
- A customer service expert with the ability to build relationships and trust
- Lived or experienced working with people who identify with living with a disability
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and engage positive outcome
- Arabic speakers encouraged to apply
