We're looking for a Superstar administration and sales assistant to be the face of our front desk at Fernwood Fitness Woonona. The successful applicant must have outstanding customer service skills, previous finance and strong administration skills, the ability to multi task and previous sales experience. They will be responsible for the smooth running of the membership administration and support to our rockstar sales team.
The job will involve:
- Greeting customers - first point of contact
- Touring prospective members
- Handling all incoming emails and administration
- Payroll experience desirable
- Sales experience including calls
- Administration and finance experience
- Answering phones
- Ensuring the club is clean and tidy
Must have experience in a:
- Reception or administration role
- Previous sales
- Administration or finance
- Outstanding computer skills including word and excel
- Have a current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain and working with children.
This is a casual role Monday to Thursday with alternate Saturday mornings with the option to move to permanent after a 8 week trial period. Hours can be negotiated for the right applicant but will include a combination of 8-2pm and 2-8pm shifts plus alternate Saturdays.
Gym membership included including infrared sauna.
