We’re looking for experienced Hospo Professionals to Join Our team who can assist in our many establishments across Sydney as well as major event locations interstate! Here’s what we are searching for:
Managers:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial role.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
Cocktail Bartenders & Bartenders:
- Experience in crafting diverse beverages.
- Strong organizational skills in a bustling bar setting.
- Cocktail Experience (For cocktail bartenders)
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
Wait Staff/Runners:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant or event setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as wait staff.
Event Staff:
- Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating event logistics.
- Willing to travel for Events (may include interstate - Transport provided)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event-related roles.
Chefs/Cooks/KPs:
- Culinary expertise and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Cert III in commercial cookery (Chefs)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
Baristas:
- Proficient in coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Barista Trained
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista.
Housekeepers:
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience.
About You:
- RSA preferable (we can assist if you have not got one)
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellent presentation
- Can carry Drink Trays
- Can Carry minimum 3 plates
- Industry knowledge desirable
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Holds a Valid ABN
- Great Communication and Teamwork
- Excellent Customer Service
- Big People person
- Flexibility for shifts, including weekends
