The Opportunity:
Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth? We're seeking a Customer Care Manager to Join Our Team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients and Residential Sales agents.
As a Customer Care Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations by providing vital support to our Residential Sales Team; the role will involve conducting weekly catch-ups with our agents, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring property campaigns are on track for success.
You’ll be part of the Customer Care Team that manages a centralised inbox for Customer Care queries and is one of the first points of contact for any enquiries. You'll use your excellent communication skills to address requests promptly and effectively.
In addition to managing enquiries, you'll also handle various administrative tasks such as database management and coordinating photography sessions and auctions. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accuracy and compliance throughout these processes.
You'll have the opportunity to showcase your organisational and creative skills as you oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, DLs, and signboards. Your creativity and flair will be instrumental in presenting our properties in the best possible light.
Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our database and facilitating communication with clients, ensuring they stay informed, engaged and supported throughout the sales process.
