Your New Role
In this role you will be working with a team of digital specialists to deliver connected, contextual, and personalised experiences to our customers and members.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Using marketing automation tools and digital platforms to implement and optimise key global journeys that help deliver on business objectives
• Providing 'Centre of Excellence' expertise on marketing automation software (Adobe Journey Optimiser) to streamline processes, automate manual workflows, and set up measurement tools that generate actionable insights.
• Supporting delivery of campaigns across the member growth portfolio
  

How do you exceed our expectations?

• The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
• You will have experience working with Martech platforms (ideally Adobe, but Eloqua, Marketo and Salesforce also relevant)
• Experience with CMS administration, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social and mobile
• Confident in making actionable recommendations based on data driven analysis and insights
• Experience with measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a range of tasks, including prioritisation and planning skills
• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
