About the Role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and dynamic team within our Canberra Office. The successful applicant will be welcomed under the guidance of our Office Manager.
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail orientated individual to join our dynamic work hard, play hard environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and screening calls;
- Client engagement and customer service;
- Procurement management;
- Logging tickets in the internal service desk system;
- Data entry and processing;
- Filing and document management;
- Producing monthly reports for internal and external clients;
- Drafting of correspondence to clients; and
- Invoicing and financial record keeping through MYOB.
What you will need to be successful?
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude;
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment;
- Good time management skills and an ability to take initiative whilst working independently, as well as part of a team;
- Excellent communication with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail;
- A flexible attitude towards your work and a willingness to take on new skills;
- Any previous experience working in an Information Security conscious environment looked upon favorably;
- Computer literacy is essential and competency in Excel, Outlook and Word are expected
