THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you'll be a key player in helping your team to grow and nurture relationships across VIC with customers in the agricultural industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of your team, and the business.

The role:

• Support in nurturing and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in exploring new opportunities for business growth and expanding our client’s market presence.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and uphold customer satisfaction.
• Engage in travel across the designated territory to meet clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

ABOUT YOU

You have a genuine passion for agriculture and a drive to build a successful career in sales. 

To be successful, you will need:

• Genuine interest in and understanding of the agriculture industry.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Driven by results, with a determination to succeed and a keen focus on not just meeting, but exceeding goals.
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
• Proven track record in a similar remote role, able to handle your workload efficiently on your own.
