Key Responsibilities:

As an Junior All-rounder staff member at R&D Pumps and Power we will train you to be involved in a wide range of tasks:

• General Admin Tasks:  Answering phones and providing excellent customer service, responding to customer enquiries, assisting with quotes and scheduling.  
• Installations, Maintenance & Repairs: Provide assistance in water solutions, including irrigation systems, pumps, and water management. Help with the installation of these systems as required.  
• Pump Repairs: We will train you to assist with pump repairs and maintenance in our workshop.
• Counter Sales: Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and general store support.

What you Bring:

To excel in this all-rounder staff role, you should have:

• A self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• An interest and aptitude for mechanical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the store.
• Enthusiastic Nature

Desired but not essential

• Forklift license
• Rigid Truck License
