Junior Transport and Warehouse All-Rounder

Key Responsibilities: 

• Liaising with warehouse team for stock reports / updating stakeholders / shipment status
• Booking transport moves with airlines / freight providers
• Tracking transport movements and providing updates to internal & external stakeholders 
• Update internal systems / portals (training provided)
• Ensure pre-alerts are processed efficiently to expedite clearance and delivery
• Action delivery requests 
• All aspects of warehousing receiving and dispatching goods and performing related tasks
• Pick/Packing and scanning orders
• Maintaining and processing inventory records
• Manual Handling of goods
• General Housekeeping duties as required

To be considered for this role you must possess:

• Current C class drivers licence is a must
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• General knowledge of Outlook / Word and Excel 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic and able to work autonomously
• Forklift licence would be highly regarded
