Junior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer - Building Services
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer with experience to join our Building Services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on a variety of residential, commercial, hospital, and retail projects.

We would like to hear from Grad-Junior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineers who would like to join their Sydney team.
EXPERIENCE

• A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within the Building Services sector; Consultancy (Grad to Junior Role Available)
• 3-5 years experience (Intermediate Mechanical Position Available)
• Mechanical design of HVAC system design
• Exciting and Turnkey Projects
• Experience using CAMEL and will be confident with static calculations; heat load and air flow calculations
• Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and proactive approach to work, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• REVIT proficiency is highly ideal.

Your Role
• Design of Mechanical (HVAC) Services to meet Australian Standards/Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements.
• Preparation of specifications and reports.
• Attendance at project site’s to perform measurements, data logging and visual observations of the services.
• Attendance and participation in client meetings.
