Miller’s Bread Kitchen Dromana is looking for for an energetic and committed Junior Apprentice Baker/Pastry Chef who is keen to establish a rewarding career working with talented industry professionals over a 3-year apprenticeship.
You will have the opportunity to learn the art of Baking Bread and Pastry goods.
Rostered on night, early morning shifts and weekend work.
You will learn:
- How prepare and bake a range of Danish, Puff, Crust and Shortbread Pastry’s
- How to prepare and bake different types of Sour doughs and a variety of Artisan Bread.
- How to prepare and bake different cakes types and pies etc
About you:
- Have a respectful and mature approach to working in a team environment
- Positive and professional communication style
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills with a hands-on approach to learning.
