Responsibilities:
- Support process change and redesign workshops to identify process requirements and improvements
- Assist in business process mapping and reengineering efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes
- Contribute to Agile Delivery practices and drive effective, sustainable change across the organization
- Educate and support users responsible for managing and operating change initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Agile Delivery principles
- Demonstrated experience in driving effective, sustainable change across an organization
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous mining experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
