About the Role
Working closely with industry leading partners, you will be advising high-profile clients on a wide range of building & construction matters, such as dispute resolution, construction agreements, construction disputes and construction litigation.
You are also responsible for managing your own caseload, drafting relevant legal documents, and appearing in various courts & mediations.
About you
Passionate & determined lawyer, with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience in Construction Law;
- A relevant Australian or New Zealand Law Degree; coupled with strong academics
- Excellent drafting, research & problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively within a team; and
- The ability to work autonomously and be able to manage/prioritise your workload with adequate supervision.
