Role Summary Statement
The Advisory function ensures the seamless delivery of Bright People's specialist services to its diverse range of s including the definition of strategies for performing service delivery, monitoring, and tracking performance, planning and managing resources, and delivering quality services to our s across a range of projects.
The role of Consultant is responsible for supporting the operation of the Bright People Service Delivery function and the delivery of engagements.

Direct delivery of consultancy expertise to customer engagements commensurate with experience and area(s) of expertise. Responsibilities / activities / deliverables may include:
• Contribute / support the delivery of services across a range of human resource / people & culture programs and projects including people strategy, organisational transformations, organisational design, change management, culture & values programs, capability uplift projects (including capability development) and workforce planning.
• Lead / manage projects of an appropriate level of complexity and size. This could include internal and / or customer projects. Examples might include design or a diagnostic tool, design of a capability uplift program. Expectation is that the process of project management will be adopted, level of support required will vary depending on expertise of consultant.
• Delivery of customer outcomes to a high standard including reports of findings and / or recommendations or other outputs as per customer scope requirements. Might include formal papers in word or PowerPoint format, or PowerPoint presentations of information presentation, analysis and insights. May include graphical presentation.
• Collection, synthesis and analysis of data and information. May also require deduction of findings and key insights and recommendations.
• Participate in activities to define customer requirements.
• Support in the preparation of workshops including production of collateral, documents, presentations and consulting facilitation materials.
• Co-facilitation of workshops and capability uplift programs.
• Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with project leads and other key stakeholders to enable information sharing, promote collaboration and contribute to the effective implementation of digital economy initiatives.
Up to 20% internal Bright People work
• Support in the design and delivery of assigned continuous improvement projects. Includes identification of opportunities and propose process, tool and system improvements to support the effective delivery of services.
• Support in the collation and organising of periodic reporting information to enable analysis and decision making.
• Coaching and development of interns and Analyst consultants.
• On an as required / capacity available basis:
o Peer review of Advisory deliverables.
o Support in the preliminary qualification and shaping of leads and solution delivery approach definition and estimation (potentially for input into proposals / quotes / work estimates).
o Act as the Delegated authority for Advisory Manager. (This is dependent on experience level of Consultant. It may be immediate part of back-up and succession planning or may form part of development plan).
