Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success. With a diverse range of responsibilities you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless portfolio management. As a Leasing Consultant you will conduct open home inspections and learn PM from the grond up.
Key Role Details:

- Maintain excellent communication with tenants and owners through phone and email
- Responsible for conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate (this is a requirement)
- Reliable transportation (although a company car will be available on some days)

- Familiarity with Property Tree software, IRE, 2apply, and Inspections Manager would be advantageous.
