Junior Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator

This national construction business has a strong name in the market with over 40 years of experience. They specialise in delivering commercial and industrial projects across a range of sectors including aged care, defence, educational, hospitality, health and retail.

Currently going through a growth phase with new projects awarded, they are looking for a Junior Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator to join the business, this role will report to the Commercial Manager and will be based out of their Perth metro office.

Key Requirements:

• Open to a degree in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or Engineering
• Commercial building experience with main contractor or sub-contractor is essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience postgraduate
• IT savvy with strong MS Office skills
• This role would suit someone who wants a career in Contract Administration, Project Management or Project Engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
