You will be joining our team in Hope Valley, reporting to the Contracts Manager and working alongside our Work Force Housing / Major Project teams. You will have the opportunity to lend your experience to projects across a variety of market sectors due to ATCO Structures diverse customer portfolio.

What You Will Do

As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for the successful administration, planning, and contract execution of projects and branch administrative functions.

More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:

  • Set up of projects.
  • Customer liaison and execution of contract, including provision of certification, building applications, bank guarantees and other contractual obligations as needed.
  • Booking subcontractors and suppliers, raising PO’s & providing scope of works to contractors.
  • Control of financial recording - forecasts, trackers and branch reporting.
  • Invoicing, project claims and satisfying contractual obligations.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Liaising with the Project Manager, customer, sub-contractors and operations on site works.
  • Overall control of fleet administration.

What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

  • A good sense of humour coupled with a great work ethic to get the job done
  • Experience in a similar Contract Administrator role / or ready to take that career step up
  • Previous exposure to Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly within MS Excel and Sharepoint
  • Good problem solving, investigative and conflict resolution skills.
