Your Impact: As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. Working with the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with customers to tailor solutions to their unique needs.
• Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Providing ongoing support and assistance, resolving any concerns.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive Customer Success and achieve our business objectives.

You Bring: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience with financial analysis, using excel and PowerQuery to ingest and transform data, analyse and present findings.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• A relevant Bachelor's degree (preferred), along with qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) 
• Experience having worked in a consulting or tech company and/or experience with Activity Based Costing, Cost Transparency, Cost Modelling or Technology Business Management  will be highly regarded
