Candidates will be well supported through orientation to Novita's PBS service delivery models and provided regular supervision from an experienced practitioner. - tertiary qualifications in allied health e.g., Developmental Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology Science, Behavioural Science or related discipline and/or post graduate certificate in Positive Behaviour Support
- registration with, or willingness to apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Specialist Behaviour Practitioner
- self-assessed and supervisor-endorsed at Core Practitioner level or above
- minimum 12 months experience as a PBS Practitioner working within the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
- ability to work independently within the scope of the role
