Junior Database Administrator

Pharmacy 777 Administration is looking for a highly organised Database Administrator who has administrative and data entry experience. The role is based at our Admin office in Osborne Park. Onsite free parking is available as well as convenient public transport options. We are located within walking distance from cafes and the Herdsman Lake Regional Park. 

This position is on a Permanent Full-Time basis. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Entry and ongoing maintenance of data/information in the POS system database
• Production of reports to ensure accuracy of data
• Provision of support and input into the Information Management and Technology team, including but not limited to; 
           - Systems integration
           - Other duties of a similar nature.
• Responding to requests and queries and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner 
• Supporting in developing and facilitating training 
• Supporting new member setup and ongoing system updates 

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in Pharmacy or Retail Industries
• High level of proficiency in alphanumeric data entry 
• Considerable experience in Database management and integrity maintenance 
• Experience in the use of Excel and Microsoft suite
• Training small group experience
