The Opportunity:

Due to an exciting growth period, Ausnviro is looking for a focused graduate in the environmental field who is keen to kick-start their career by taking an active role in a rapidly growing, industry-leading consultancy.

All training and support will be provided. You will be part of a team providing a full range of consultation services, including environmental certification, auditing, tracking, strategy, and communication.

Assisting in NABERS energy auditing and waste consultation will be at the core of this position initially. However, the successful candidate will be given full exposure to all areas of environmental consultation. By joining a small team of expert consultants, you will have a tremendous opportunity to reach your full potential within the corporate sustainability sector. As your role progresses, you will be given the opportunity to travel across Australia and will be exposed to some of the most interesting and hands-on aspects of consulting work.

The Criteria:

  • Positive attitude with a passion for exceptional service delivery and client care
  • Strong skills in mathematics, Excel, and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocol
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn from others and develop your knowledge, skills, and career
  • Willingness to work occasional early mornings and late nights
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and a hardworking attitude
  • A good understanding of NABERS, the Commercial Building Disclosure Program
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a car
  • Graduate in the environmental field, or similar work experience
  • Other technical qualifications or experience will be viewed favourably
