Position Overview: We are currently seeking a multi-skilled technician/administrator who can seamlessly transition between various roles within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the electrical, Air Conditioning, and solar industries (trade qualifications not necessary), along with proficiency in report writing, estimating, and administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity for flexibility and growth within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities: Each day at Sensus Electrical & Air will involve a diverse range of tasks, including:

• Estimating projects accurately and efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Assessing site reports and meticulously preparing detailed written reports for insurance industry clients and internal use.
• Generating quotes for clients based on project requirements and specifications.
• Scheduling site specialist assessments, coordinating appointments, and managing logistical details.
• Handling various administrative duties, such as data entry, catalogue supplier pricing and maintaining organised records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the electrical, Air Conditioning, and solar industries is preferred, though trade qualifications are not necessary.
• Proficient in report writing, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated expertise in estimating project costs and preparing quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills, including organisation, time management, and proficiency in office software.
• Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities within the company.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
