Junior Foreman

ABOUT THE COMPANY. This company is well known for their stellar high-end, fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. Operating close to a decade, they have an in house design and construction team who help deliver projects valued from $1M to $3M. This company has a strong repeat client base which allows for a strong pipeline of work. As such, they are looking to employ a driven Junior Foreman, with strong aspirations to fast track their career into Site Manager. 

ABOUT THE POSITION. 

Your position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity whilst being supported by a team. You will be working on bespoke commercial fitout projects from start to finish. As the Junior Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site is managed in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.  

DUTIES. 

• Oversee day to day running of project site 
• WHS Management and compliance 
• Subcontractor Management and programme management 
• Reviewing defects and completing weekly reports

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Trade qualification highly preferable
• Demonstrated project experience on commercial fitout projects 
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
