With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we are seeking a talented Leading Hand Junior Foreman to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Leading Hand Junior Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating renovation projects within our company. Working closely with senior management, tradespeople, and subcontractors, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and scheduling of renovation projects, including resource allocation, material procurement, and task prioritization.
2. Supervise and coordinate onsite activities, including managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
3. Monitor the quality of workmanship and compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with project managers and senior foremen to resolve technical challenges, interpret blueprints and specifications, and implement design changes as necessary.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential delays or obstacles.
6. Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices, construction techniques, and safety procedures to promote skill development and professional growth.
7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, work orders, change orders, and as-built drawings, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for reference.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in residential renovations or similar projects.
- Trade qualification in carpentry, building, is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, with a commitment to ensuring compliance on all projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between project sites as needed.
