ABOUT THE JOB...
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be based at our head office in Welshpool.
Your primary duty will be in supporting the finance team and your typical day will involve a range of activities, such as:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
- Collaborating with senior accountants to gather financial data, analyse trends, and providing insights.
- Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts on a regular basis, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assisting in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Supporting internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and schedules.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial data accurately.
- Adherence to high ethical standards in handling financial information.
- Australian drivers licence
- National Police Check (or able to obtain)
Australian or NZ Citizenship or permanent residency is 100% required
