As a Junior Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand, tasked with capturing the attention of our audience through innovative design and strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the charge on our brand and marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and deepen client/candidate engagement.
- Crafting and executing content plans for our website and various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Generating vibrant digital content, including infographics, social media tiles, and motion graphics that resonate with our audience.
- Designing and refining art proofs for a range of printed marketing materials.
- Strategically planning marketing campaigns grounded in thorough market research.
- Penning creative briefs for brand campaigns and creative projects that align with our ethos.
- Bringing our brand’s visual identity to life across diverse campaigns and projects.
- Coordinating marketing shoots with meticulous planning.
- Working in tandem with other creatives to produce cohesive and impactful brand content.
- A robust understanding of branding and marketing.
- Qualifications in graphic design or relevant agency experience.
- Competence in basic website development and WordPress.
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- The ability to transform marketing strategies into creative visuals.
- The skill to manage marketing projects from start to finish.
- High computer literacy and strong communication skills.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
