Job Description:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Insurance Broker. In this role, armed with a constant supply of new leads, you will have the opportunity to build your book of clients with the support of our senior brokers.

This position offers hands-on experience in managing client relationships, analyzing insurance policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and build a book of clients, working closely with senior brokers to provide personalized insurance solutions.
• Process insurance policies, negotiate with insurers, and conduct policy reviews.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and insurance transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, share best practices, and achieve team goals.
