The Role
Reporting to the Head of Workers' Compensation, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on claim, injury, and policy management matters, focusing on facilitating proactive return-to-work outcomes.
The Duties

• Manage a portfolio of consulting and outsourced RTW clients.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on claim, injury, and policy management.
• Attend claim reviews, medical case conferences, and conciliation meetings as required.
• Collaborate with clients and third-party providers to ensure effective case management.
• Prepare monthly reports for clients and assist with client renewals.
• Review clients' internal injury management and workers' compensation policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with stakeholders to minimize workers' compensation exposures for clients.

• $90,000 - $105,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

About You

• Experience in Injury Management, Return to Work Coordination or Junior Workers Comp Broking role highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and claim management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a customer service focus.
• Confidence and ability to liaise at all levels
• High attention to detail
• A proactive attitude to work and ability to show initiative
