- Fault diagnosis hardware and software and follow through to resolution.
- Provide strong technical and implementation support.
- Participate in relevant training and development.
- Assist as directed in asset management and imaging of current and future laptop assets.
- Coordinate the packaging and shipment of hardware to various locations across Australia.
- Oversee ticket queues, ensuring timely and precise ticket handling and triage.
- Other related service desk tasks as directed by team lead.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Able to troubleshoot problems affecting hardware and software assets.
- Have good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Have a good understanding of technology and the ability to learn new programs.
- Have a driver's license.
