AddressPosition: Junior IT Support Technician

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Overview:
A well-established team, operating for many years. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for assisting customers with onsite and remote support. Role Responsibilities:
- Providing remote and onsite support for a customer base (200+ seats).
- Ticket creation, triage, and resolution.
- Prioritizing ticket workload.
- Escalate complex issues to senior L3 engineers.
- Creating and updating technical documentation.
- Installation, setup, and configuration of software and hardware.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
Role Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with AD / Exchange and M365.
- Experience with monitoring software (N-able).
- Experience with BDR tools (Veeam).
- Basic understanding of network protocols.
- Experience with ticket management systems (ConnectWise).
- Excellent team player who seeks career progression!
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Certifications are highly regarded (e.g., AZ-900, ITIL).
