Assisting a strong Property Management team within a long-established network, this position is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate and join the most recognized talents listing and managing the most exclusive properties.
The Role:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Handling and addressing all rental inquiries
- Conducting open homes
- Conducting reference checks on potential tenants
- Leasing properties
- Processing rental applications
- Assisting the Property Management team with ad hoc duties
The Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is ready to kickstart their Real Estate career! While no previous experience is required, a Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. We are seeking an applicant with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High communication both written & verbal
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
