Due to ongoing maintenance work, an opportunity has arisen for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to liaise with suppliers & be responsible for creating/updating assets in SAP/EWM Database.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, key duties include the following:
- Work with a range of assets & lifecycle management of assets.
- Assist with maintenance of SAP/WEM Database through creation & updating of assets & associated tasks.
- Create & maintain parts in SAP according to documentation from PM's.
- Review equipment in the field to ensure correct data is recorded.
- Source quotations, raise requisitions & negotiate with suppliers to expedite orders.
- Effectively liaise with internal & external key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical).
- Experience in SAP, Databases & MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Sound attention to detail.
- Industry experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or highly regulated environment.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Player with the ability to liaise at all levels.
This is an Excellent Long Term Contract Opportunity for a Junior Maintenance Engineer with SAP & asset management experience to join a large global pharmaceutical organisation & be involved in asset management & lifecycle management of assets.
