View Media Group (VMG) is a real estate digital media and technology services business comprising a suite of proptech assets that compete in Australia’s $300 billion real estate transactional market.
VMG’s vision is to move beyond the traditional listings model & become a true property marketplace that enables consumers and businesses to transact along the full property journey. This will include the ability to buy or sell a property, apply for finance, insurance, conveyancing, utilities connections and beyond.
Proptech assets within the group include consumer portals, ad tech, lead generation, lead management solutions, media planning and buying, generative AI solutions, propensity models, data and connections with each asset driving value to each other in an end-to-end customer solution.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the View.com.au Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce visually compelling graphics that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
As a new brand in the real estate portal category, View’s Graphic Designer will champion setting the standard for how we present our brand in the market and ensure consistency of how we look across a diverse range of assets and touch points. In this role you will have extensive opportunity to also explore how we creatively communicate our brand personality.
You will work closely with all members of the marketing and content teams, and further support visual communication requirements for the larger parent company View Media Group.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Graphic Design role is a hands-on role delivering visual communications across advertising (OOH, print, digital display), social media assets, marketing and sales collateral and other communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various projects, including marketing materials, advertisements, web design, and social media content, sales and trade collateral.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs that adhere to View’s brand guidelines and meet project requirements. This includes resizing imagery as required for various platforms and uses. Design and create banners and advertising assets for the website, emails, print, digital, OOH and social media channels. Develop seasonal advertising and marketing promotional content. Create GIFs for use across the website, emails and social media channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback team members to refine and improve designs.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are current and innovative.
- File Preparation: Prepare final files for print and digital publication, ensuring all specifications are met.
