Join our dynamic team as a Junior Mobilisation Administrator at our bustling Wembley office on the West Coast. We're on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and detail-oriented, ready to dive into the world of workforce mobilization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with operations to ensure job-ready workforces meet compliance standards
• Following up on candidates progress via Phone, text or email 
• Managing qualifications, inductions, and training coordination
• Maintaining internal and external systems
• Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires
• Providing regular updates on mobilization progress
• Proactively seeking process improvements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Bonus points for familiarity with ERMS, CMS, SAP, Workflow/INX, Rail Industry Worker (RIW), or the rail industry itself.
