Junior Hvac Project Manager/Draftsman/Engineer

Icon Mechanical Services is looking for an all rounder to join the Construction management team. 

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working side by side with the construction manager to oversee day to day works on current projects along with planning and scheduling upcoming works.

This role would include assisting with but not limited to:

• Attending project meetings
• Managing onsite labour
• Coordinating works with builders
• Site inspections
• Managing of onsite WHS requirements
• Managing project documentation and administration
• Assisting with tenders and variations

The suitable candidate will have the following:

• Drivers License
• Asbestos Awareness 
• General Construction Induction 
• Proficient with use of Microsoft programs 
• Reliable, Proactive, Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team.  
• Previous Mechanical Airconditioning Services experience or Graduate degree - is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to use CAD based drawing systems, with experience in Mechanical drafting would be beneficial.
