Role and Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Develop, test, and release client features, collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and ongoing improvements.
- Product Enhancement: Contribute to product feature development, cloud engineering, and research and development initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, driving positive change within our organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in .NET development.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and REST, with at least 1 year of .NET Core experience.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS, particularly MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Bonus: Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM, modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React), ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps.
- Preferred: Experience in the banking/financial industry.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with financial P&L statements or reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers, with a meticulous and perfectionist approach to work.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
