To do this we are innovating by adapting a better, more sophisticated approach to how we plan, manage, and deliver new programs. In this role you will be embedded in SA Water working on behalf of the community to improve safety, reliability, cost and communication .The RoleAs a Personal Assistant to our Program Director at SA Water you will be integrated into SA Water supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs and projects. Your role will be to assist and collaborate across an extensive stakeholder group internally and externally including construction partners, vendors, regulators and clients. Our collective goal is to deliver an efficient capital works program and infrastructure projects from inception to close out - safely, on time, within budget and to customer and community expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesExpense reportingFormatting of documents, presentations etcResearch / fact finding / data managementCoordinating and booking meetingsDrafting of communicationsAdministration relating to the onboarding of new team membersDiary and meeting managementTravel arrangementResearch / fact finding / data managementStreamline, improve and coordinate administrative operations, processes, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policiesAbout YouWe are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, providing support the leaderships team in a growth phase of this area of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support and be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
