Junior Office Administrator

Position Overview
As a Junior Office Administrator to the Chief of Staff, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily activities. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in office administration and grow within a dynamic organisation.
Responsibilities
• Assist with general office and reception relief, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail correspondence.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for Directors and Chief of Staff.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
• Provide basic technical support to office staff, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
