About your new job
Providing support to another Payroll Officer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Setting up new employees in the system
- Answering payroll inquiries and managing payroll inbox
- Setting up staff super, tax and bank details
- Maintaining and keeping staff details up to date ensuring accuracy
- Assist in the creation of staff contracts as needed
- Provide other assistance as required
About You
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:
- Previous exposure in payroll or payroll systems/T&A however not essential
- Relevant experience that can be applied to payroll
- Ability to work in a team and take instruction
- Understanding of Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for growing your experience in the Payroll arena
