About the role
We are currently looking for a junior legal secretary/paralegal to join our team.
Key responsibilities for this position include assisting our Senior Paralegals with the following:
- Filing and file management
- Drafting correspondence
- Answering phones, taking messages and directing enquiries through appropriate channels.
- Monthly billing
- Typing and dictations
- Time sheet data entries
- Other general secretarial/PA duties as required

Skills and experience
Ideally you will have:
- Previous administrative experience
- Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of core MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be motivated and demonstrate initiative
