THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Be approachable and friendly to both clients and staff whilst still maintaining a professional attitude;
- Have exceptional organisation and prioritising skills;
- Have strong attention to detail;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have experience in a legal firm (preferable but not necessary); and
- Preferably have experience in LEAP Legal Software (preferable but not necessary).
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- End to end file management, including opening and closing files and monthly billing;
- All aspects of client liason including communication with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries;
- Assist in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents;
- Conduct legal research on matters related to wills and estates;
- Assisting with preparation of court documents;
- Diary management including crucial dates and priorities;
- Everyday administration tasks assisting reception on an ad hoc basis;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction; and
- Time recording.
