UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking applications from a Junior/Entry Level QA and Invoicing Officer for an immediate start.
This is a permanent full time role and based in Tullamarine Victoria.
The Junior Invoicing & Quality Assurance Officer will undertake data verification work that identifies the satisfactory completion of work that enables accurate and timely client billing. The position also provides and supports the delivery of excellent customer service that meets and exceeds contractual obligations through the provision of safe, effective and efficient administrative support services and controls.
You will be fully supported and trained in the role to achieve the required outcomes within an excellent team environment.
About You
In addition to wanting a career or to expand your knowledge in an administrative role; the following will be highly regarded:
- Desire to advance your administrative skills
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to expand your knowledge and learn new systems and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
