YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Property Managers with portfolio of mostly industrial assets, with some office and retail
- Liaise with owners/tenants, handle enquiries and manage compliance and maintenance requests
- Manage routine inspections with assistance and director support
- Admin and accounts support provided for portfolio management
- $65K-$75K + Super (dependent on commercial experience)

- Work close to home, travel less - portfolio in close proximity to the office
- Car parking provided on-site
- Understanding of Commercial Property management, experience as assistant commercial PM or commercial PM ideal
- Relevant industry training (Agents Rep Certificate, Certificate IV in Real Estate etc.)
- Hold a valid driver's license
