WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Based at our support centre in Salisbury South, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Receptionist to join our corporate team. As the front of house extraordinaire, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and deliver outstanding customer service each and every time. You will also be charged with ordering stationery, assisting with travel bookings, organising catering and undertaking a variety of administration duties to support our internal stakeholders.

To be successful:

You’re a strong communicator – you will have a bubbly yet professional attitude and be comfortable working with a wide variety of people
You have an eye for detail – you follow through on tasks and ensure accuracy and consistency in your work
You’re highly organised – you can multi-task and can prioritise the ad hoc duties that come your way
You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office – you can navigate Outlook calendars, knock up Word documents and work with Excel spreadsheets.
You’ll make things better – you will make suggestions for improving internal processes to support our growth.

Essential to your success is a current driver's license.
