We are currently seeking Junior Receptionist to support our expanding team, working alongside our senior reception team.
Ideally, you will have at least one year of professional services experience, with that experience being in the legal industry an advantage, however not a requirement.

About the Role
As a Junior Receptionist, you will work in cooperation with all staff to provide professional and reliable services to our clients. You will predominantly be responsible for providing a high level of reception duties along side our senior reception staff.
Your core duties will include:
- Undertake and complete work within required deadlines.
- Prompt and professional answering of telephone.
- Respond to client enquiries by phone and email.
- Accurate message taking and relaying details to appropriate person/s in a timely manner.
- Undertake diary management for professionals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sending of client appointment reminders in a timely manner.
- Prioritise, plan and manage day to day duties generally to achieve required outcomes.
- Preparation of new client packs and relevant forms for any new client.
- Efficiently and promptly manage all administrative email inboxes.
- Record new client details accurately in all requisite systems.
- Monitor office supplies, ensuring their availability to support seamless daily operations.
- Ensure that client-facing office areas are consistently clean and tidy.
- Accurate recording of all file disbursements and charges.
- Effectively manage the distribution of both incoming and outgoing mail.
