The Renumeration:

• A base wage of $62,000 - $69,000 based on experience.
• Up to 5% - 10% of the commission on properties that you assist a lead agent on transacting.
• Expected on target earnings for this position are well in excess of $85,000 per annum.

Your daily duties will consist of:

• Selling Houses!
• Attending client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
• Vendor reports
• Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
• Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
• Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
• Buyer management
• All open for inspections & private viewings
• Organising photographer appointments
• Understanding of the Real Estate Legislation
• Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
• Key handling
• Attending all required property auctions
• Handle diverted phone if necessary

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• A desire to develop your career through great training and support
• Effective customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be passionate about real estate sales and property
• Must have a current Agents Rep certificate and police check
• Must have a current Driver's License and own a functioning Car
