Qualifications & Experience
* Proven results in your Sales Career
*A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/License.
* A modern car suitable for Real Estate and current drivers license is essential.
*Saturday work will be required with a day off through the week.
Real Estate Junior, Buyers Agent
Wilson's Estate Agency is looking for a junior to join their friendly busy team to assist in our sales department.
The position will suit a confident school leaver or someone looking for an entry-level opportunity to get into the real estate industry.
A great work ethic is a must, as is a can-do attitude and an ability to be able to work as part of a team and also autonomously.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
· Putting up and taking down signs.
· Letterbox drops
· Diary/appointment management
· Data entry
· Working with buyers
· Prospecting for new clients.
· Other administrative duties as required
Skills and attributes required:
· Good customer service skills and phone manner
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability and eagerness to learn
· Outstanding time management skills
· Great personal presentation
Requirements:
· Driver's license and own car.
Saturday work will be required with a day off through the week.
