THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to provide crucial support to our top-performing real estate agent and Principal. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to become an integral part of our team.
DUTIES:
As a Junior Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily tasks and activities are handled. This will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Responding to enquiries when necessary and prioritising important messages
• Prospecting/lead generating calls - Additional bonus structure, where the opportunities are limited only by your motivation
• Open homes
• Private inspections
• Attending building and pest and valuation inspections
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Schedule property showings and open houses
• Database management
• Answering the office phone
• CMA's, form 6 (listing authority), and listing kit preparation
• After appraisal letters
• Contracts and Form 6's.
• Distribution of flyers
• Manage files of listed/sold properties
• Filing important documents
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Must be an Australian resident.
• Real estate licence doesn't need to be obtained upfront, and can be organised during employment
