Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credible and sustainable relationships with external service providers, including banks and third-party payment providers.

• Contribute to the prompt resolution of customer cases related to settlements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily transaction remittances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Process daily settlements and perform data entry into the ledger system with a high level of accuracy.

• Contribute to the external audit process as needed, providing necessary documentation and information.

• Well-organized with a demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy levels and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Skillful with MS Office, particularly Excel, and XERO applications.
• High proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with the MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
